Academic papers often contain highly useful insights, but they are not always easy to navigate quickly. Research Vault organizes papers around the parts users usually need first: research questions, methods, key findings, implications, limitations, future research, and APA 7 citations.

About me
Hi, I’m Espen. My background combines technical work, organizational studies, and strategic management. I started in mechatronics and industrial maintenance, later moved into Human Resource Studies, and I am currently studying Strategic Management: Business Development.
I am especially interested in how organizations adapt to technological, social, and strategic change — and how academic research can become more useful for people who actually need to make decisions, write papers, manage teams, or understand complex organizational problems.
How summaries are created
The summaries are intended to stay close to the original academic articles. The aim is not to replace the original paper or add unsupported interpretation, but to organize the core information in a clearer, more searchable format.
