Research Vault is a growing collection of research summaries, evidence-based insights, and practical takeaways for students, managers, practitioners, and curious readers. The goal is simple: make serious research easier to explore without flattening it into vague bullet points.

PurposeWhy this exists
Academic research is often useful, but not always easy to navigate. Important findings can be hidden inside long papers, technical language, scattered methods sections, or disconnected literature streams.
Research Vault is my attempt to build a clearer bridge between research and practice. Each entry keeps the structure of the original paper, but translates the core argument, method, evidence, findings, limitations, and practical implications into a format that is easier to revisit and compare.

The vault is built for people who want more than a surface-level summary: students preparing for assignments, managers looking for evidence-based ideas, practitioners comparing concepts, and anyone trying to understand what a paper actually contributes.
StandardHow summaries are written
Summaries are written to stay close to the paper. Empirical details such as sample size, setting, method, variables, coefficients, p-values, model results, and limitations are included where they matter. Findings are separated from interpretation, and causal claims are only used when the study design supports them.
SystemSearch, archive, and map
The homepage supports fast discovery. The archive gives a complete overview of all papers. The research map visualizes the collection as a data-driven taxonomy space, connecting papers through topics, theories, methods, industries, and contexts.
BuildMade with code
Research Vault is built locally in Visual Studio Code and deployed through GitHub. The site is not based on a website template. The layouts, article structure, archive, search behavior, and visual map are written as code and evolve with the project.
Workflow
From paper to vault entry
- Read and extract
The paper is reviewed for research question, theory, method, evidence, findings, and limitations.
- Structure the summary
The summary is written in a consistent format so papers can be compared across topics and fields.
- Tag the article
Fields, topics, theories, methods, industries, and contexts are added using the existing taxonomy where possible.
- Connect it to the system
Once added, the paper automatically appears in search, the archive, related papers, and the research map.

Research Vault is not meant to be a static list of notes. It is meant to become a structured knowledge system: searchable, visual, expandable, and useful for connecting ideas across management, HR, strategy, technology, innovation, and organizational research.
